Ilef is a Sanctions Analyst and responsible for updating the summaries on the Sanctons Center platform. She holds a PhD in International Relations from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies with a focus on International Unilateral Sanctions and a Master of Law degree from the University of Carthage, Tunis. She is fluent in French and Arabic.

Khalid is a Law Graduate from the Essex University in the UK. He is responsible for the UK Sanctions Summaries, which will be added to the platform soon. He is passionate about the link between Sanctions Regulations and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Raquel is an expert on EU Sanctions & Export Control Laws and Regulations. With over a decade in the public and private sector in Brussels, Belgium, she is responsible for the EU content on the Sanctions Center platform.
